Percentage of revenue — the common full-service shape. What matters is which revenue: gross booking value, or net after channel fees and cleaning. The same headline percentage can mean two different bills.Percentage plus pass-through — a lower headline rate with cleaning, linen, restocking and maintenance mark-ups billed separately. Ask for a worked example on one real month.Flat or per-listing fee — usual for co-hosting and for software. Predictable, and indifferent to whether your calendar is full.
